Derecktor Fort Pierce

This project involved the construction of a new sheet pile seawall, enclosing a basin measuring 225 feet in length and 50 feet in width. The seawall installation included sheet piling reinforced by 18-inch diameter auger cast piles extending 65 feet deep, supported by a steel waler system and steel tie rods. A 30-inch thick, 16-foot wide concrete platform capped the structure. After completing the seawall, the basin was excavated to a depth of 27 feet, forming a new boat basin.
