Founders Park Marina

Designed by Coastal Planning & Engineering, this project involved the replacement of 2,100 linear feet of fixed docks and finger piers, bulkhead repairs, and significant upgrades to the electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and fuel systems. To meet the owner’s requirement of keeping the facility operational, Shoreline Foundation, Inc. (SFI) executed the project in three phases, maintaining clear communication with the owner and engineer throughout. SFI expertly coordinated with professional subcontractors to minimize disruptions and impacts on both the facility and the public. The project was successfully completed on time, with no safety incidents, and stands as a significant enhancement to a valuable community resource.
