Mayport Docks Redevelopment Project

This project involved the construction of an L-shaped concrete dock and a concrete floating dock, both supported by substantial concrete piles. The primary dock spans approximately 42 feet by 100 feet, with an additional L-shaped branch measuring 17 feet by 150 feet, all supported by 78 concrete piles. The floating dock measures 15 feet by 145 feet, anchored by eight 24-inch concrete piles. Utilities, including 480v electrical, water supply, and a sewer pump-out system, were integrated into the dock infrastructure.
